Safran Helicopter Engines e-Form: for your online requests of services

Welcome on your Customer e-Form area!

This new online service, the Safran Helicopter Engines Customer e-Form, offers you a new and interactive way to:

Submit and manage all types of requests (repair, noria, spare parts, S/E under AOG and/or warranty, technician, rental, ...)
Follow up the progress of your requests
Upload and download the related documentation
Print a RMA (Return Material Authorization)

Available as soon as you log on TOOLS, the e-Form requires a minimum of information. It replaces AOG and Warranty paper forms.
